A Senior IT Analyst and Product Owner with 9 years of experience spanning e-commerce, R&D, pharma, FMCG, leasing and telecom — Magdalena is the kind of analyst who thrives in complexity, turning ambiguous business challenges into clear, deliverable solutions.

Her academic background spans Business Analysis (Warsaw School of Economics, 2016), where she specialised in modelling information systems in UML, and AI & Business Process Automation (Gdańsk University of Technology, 2026), where she specialised in deep learning image recognition using CNN and EfficientNet.
Certified in IREB CPRE Foundation, fluent in BABOK, Agile/Scrum, BPMN and UML — and an advanced user of AI tools including Claude and GitHub Copilot, she brings a genuinely modern approach to analysis and automation.
Outside of work, Magdalena is a passionate traveller with over 60 countries to her name — a curiosity and openness to the world that naturally feeds into the way she approaches every project.
Her career began in Arabic studies and the public sector — before making a deliberate move into IT and business analysis. She also has experience in Arabic–Polish translation, a skill that speaks to both her linguistic precision and her comfort navigating very different cultural contexts.
